This promotional campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Roxom Markets S.A. de C.V.,(the “Company” or “Roxom”) a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, with registered office at Cuscatlan 4312, Colonia Escalon, San Salvador, San Salvador Centro, San Salvador, El Salvador, CP 1101.

This Campaign is subject to these Terms & Conditions (the “Campaign T&Cs”) and Roxom’s General Terms & Conditions available at https://docs.roxom.com, which form an integral part hereof.

1. Object

In connection with increased market activity relating to certain exchange-traded instruments linked to MicroStrategy Inc., including but not limited to:

• MSTU
• MSTZ
• MSTY
• STRK

(the “Eligible Instruments”),

Roxom is launching a limited-time promotional rebate campaign based on cumulative trading volume.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Campaign, a User must:

• Have a verified and active Roxom account;
• Execute cumulative buy transactions only equal to or greater than 0.5 BTC equivalent across any of the Eligible Instruments during the Campaign Period.

Volume Calculation Rules

For purposes of this Campaign:

• Only executed buy trades will count toward cumulative volume.
• Sell trades will not be counted.
