Effective Date: April 27, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&Cs") govern the STRC Live × Roxom Giveaway (hereinafter, the "Giveaway") organized by Roxom Markets S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, the "Company" or "Roxom"), a corporation established and registered in El Salvador, registered in the Commercial Register under Tax Identification Number (NIT): 0623-210524-104-6, with registered office at Cuscatlán 4312, Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, El Salvador.

By participating in the Giveaway, the participant (hereinafter, the "Participant") acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs in full, and that these constitute a binding agreement between the Participant and the Company.

1. Organizer and Promotional Partner

1.1 The Giveaway is organized solely by the Company. STRC Live participates exclusively as a promotional partner for the purposes of co-promoting the Giveaway on social media. STRC Live is not a co-organizer, assumes no obligations with the Participants, and is not responsible for the delivery of prizes, the selection of winners, or any other aspect of the Giveaway.

1.2 Any claim, query, or communication related to the Giveaway must be directed exclusively to the Company.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in the Giveaway is open to individuals who:

(a) Hold a valid and active account on the Roxom platform (https://roxom.com) (the "Roxom Account");

(b) Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;

(c) Comply with the Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirements established by the Company under its general Terms and Conditions and applicable regulations, or complete KYC within the timeframe set forth in Section 6 of these T&Cs; and

(d) Are not restricted from using the Roxom platform under the Company's general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant at any stage of the Giveaway and to disqualify any Participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period

3.1 The Giveaway will take place during the following period (the "Giveaway Period"):

(a) Start: Monday, April 27, 2026, upon publication of the launch post by @Roxom and @STRC Live on X (formerly Twitter) (the "Launch Post").

(b) End: Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 23:59 UTC.

3.2 Any entry submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered valid.
