The action called "Competitions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competitions") are organized by Roxom Markets S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Organizer"), a company incorporated and registered in El Salvador, registered in the Commercial Registry under number 196 of book 4894, with Tax Identification Number (NIT) 0623-210524-104-6, and headquartered at Cuscatlán 4312, Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, El Salvador.
All Competitions will be conducted exclusively in Paper BTC, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of "Roxom Paper BTC".
The present action will consist of multiple editions of competitions. Users will be able to view the different competitions published on the official Roxom website.
Users of the Organizer with active accounts on its website www.roxom.com, as per the general Terms and Conditions, can participate in the Competitions. Participation and prize delivery are free of charge and not conditional on purchasing a product or hiring a service.
To participate, Users must be registered on the Roxom platform and must enter the "Modal" of each Competition and join through the "JOIN" option. By clicking the "JOIN" button, it is understood that the User accepts these Terms and Conditions. Users of the Organizer with active accounts on its website www.roxom.com, as per the general Terms and Conditions, can participate in the Competitions. Participation and prize delivery are free of charge and not conditional on purchasing a product or hiring a service.
To participate, Users must be registered on the Roxom platform and must enter the "Modal" of each Competition and join through the "JOIN" option.
A "modal" refers to the interactive interface displayed within the Roxom platform where Users can view and join ongoing Competitions. Additionally, Users will be able to visualize detailed information about each competition, including rules, rewards, and participation guidelines.
Each Competition's modal will specify:
(i) The validity period, including the current day and UTC time.
(ii) The mode of participation and the method of winner selection.
(iii) The number of winners.
