TERMS AND CONDITIONS — Roxom Bitcoin Payday

Effective Date: May 4, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&Cs") govern the Roxom Bitcoin Payday organized by Roxom Markets S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, the "Company" or "Roxom"), a corporation established and registered in El Salvador, registered in the Commercial Register under Tax Identification Number (NIT): 0623-210524-104-6, with registered office at Cuscatlán 4312, Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, El Salvador.

By participating in the Giveaway, the participant (hereinafter, the "Participant") acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs in full, and that these constitute a binding agreement between the Participant and the Company.

1. Organizer

1.1 The Giveaway is organized solely by the Company.

1.2 Any claim, query, or communication related to the Giveaway must be directed exclusively to the Company.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in the Giveaway is open to individuals who:

(a) Hold a valid and active account on the Roxom platform (https://roxom.com) (the "Roxom Account");

(b) Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;

(c) Comply with the Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirements established by the Company under its general Terms and Conditions and applicable regulations, or complete KYC within the timeframe set forth in Section 6 of these T&Cs; and

(d) Are not restricted from using the Roxom platform under the Company's general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant at any stage of the Giveaway and to disqualify any Participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period

3.1 The Giveaway will take place during the following period (the "Giveaway Period"):

(a) Start: Monday, May 4, 2026, upon publication of the launch post by @Roxom on X (formerly Twitter) (the "Launch Post").

(b) End: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 23:59 UTC.

3.2 Any entry submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered valid.
