These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&Cs") govern the Roxom Bitcoin Payday campaign (hereinafter, the "Campaign") organized by Roxom Markets S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, the "Company" or "Roxom"), a corporation established and registered in El Salvador, registered in the Commercial Register under Tax Identification Number (NIT): 0623-210524-104-6, with registered office at Cuscatlán 4312, Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, El Salvador.
By participating in any Edition (as defined below) of the Campaign, the participant (hereinafter, the "Participant") acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs in full, and that these constitute a binding agreement between the Participant and the Company.
1.1 The Campaign is organized solely by the Company.
1.2 Any claim, query, or communication related to the Campaign must be directed exclusively to the Company.
2.1 The Campaign is structured as a recurring weekly giveaway (each, an "Edition") that will run from May 11, 2026 until June 4, 2026 (the "Campaign Term").
2.2 Each Edition follows the same general mechanic set forth in these T&Cs, with the following standard schedule:
(a) Start of each Edition: Monday, upon publication of the corresponding launch post by @Roxom on X (formerly Twitter) (each, a "Launch Post");
(b) End of entry period: Wednesday at 23:59 UTC of the same week; and
(c) Winner selection and announcement: Thursday of the same week.
2.3 Each Edition is independent from the others. Eligibility, entry, and prize delivery for each Edition shall be assessed solely on the basis of that Edition.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to introduce modifications to the standard mechanic of any particular Edition, including but not limited to changes in entry requirements, prizes (including the type, nature, and quantity of the assets awarded), dates, or selection criteria. Any such modification shall be expressly described in the corresponding Launch Post for that Edition, and the terms set forth in the Launch Post shall prevail over these T&Cs for that specific Edition. In the absence of any modification, the standard terms of these T&Cs shall apply.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or postpone any individual Edition at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability towards Participants. The suspension or cancellation of an Edition shall not affect Editions previously concluded nor automatically terminate the Campaign.
3.1 Participation in each Edition is open to individuals who:
(a) Hold a valid and active account on the Roxom platform (https://roxom.com) (the "Roxom Account");
(b) Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
(c) Comply with the Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirements established by the Company under its general Terms and Conditions and applicable regulations, or complete KYC within the timeframe set forth in Section 7 of these T&Cs; and
